About me

I’m Cassandra Morales, a Mexican who loves music, nature, sunsets, organization, storage boxes, punctuality, Christmas, the ocean, travel, books, and many more things.
I hold a degree in Business Administration and Hospitality from Universidad Panamericana. My resume includes years of experience in event logistics, academic coordination, project assistance, and more.
However, the happiest years of my career have been the last 8, working independently as a Project Manager. I love the close connection I build with my clients this way.
I currently live in the state of Puebla, and I have clients throughout the country, and even some international clients.

When people ask me, “What do you do?” my general answer is, “I’m a project manager,” because I handle many things, with various types of projects and clients (I’m also a Wedding Planner #becauseIamaromantic). But it all comes down to one thing… project management.
And what does a Project Manager do?
Let me explain.
A project is a work plan designed to achieve a specific goal.
It’s very general, right?
I know, but let’s see… if my specific goal were “Go on a trip to another country,” the project would involve planning all the tasks needed to complete that objective:
Define dates, places to visit, research details, book flights, prepare luggage, and so on…
You see where I’m going?
Going on a trip may be a very personal project, but this is how all projects work—planning, coordinating, assigning tasks, scheduling, and executing.
“Are you saying everyone does project management?” YES! And no…
Yes, because every step you take is project management. The difference is that some of us know the process (in my case, I’m an expert in digital projects), the tools, timing, and team involved, making the process smoother, more efficient, and easier to digest.
